The problem

Modern businesses have both local storage and cloud storage. Combining these two forms of data into workflows is essential to avoid disconnecting data silos.

Workflow processing had been implemented using G Suite, and local and cloud-based storage needed to be integrated into Google Drive.

The solution

There was a legacy implementation of box cloud storage that was migrated across to Google Drive by installing Google Drive Sync.

The recently implemented Synology NAS allowed storage of raw survey data and processed report data. This data was connected using Google Drive, allowing for remote accessing of data at head office via G Suite.
